Terms and Conditions
Effective August 11, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ChiroCare 360 website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site.
Medical Disclaimer — No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Everything on this website, including articles, images, and page copy, is for general information and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Using this website, or clicking through to book an appointment, does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are seen and evaluated in our office.
Always seek the advice of a qualified chiropractor or other licensed healthcare provider about any medical condition or spinal health concern. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments booked online are handled through our patient portal, which is operated by our practice-management provider. Your use of that portal is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not by this website’s.
Appointments may be subject to confirmation by our office. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to another patient. We may adopt policies for missed appointments and late cancellations, and will tell you about them before they apply to you.
Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, logos, and materials on this site are the property of ChiroCare 360 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
ChiroCare 360 and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the information on it.
This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By giving us your mobile number and signing our SMS consent form, you agree to receive text messages from ChiroCare 360 about your appointments and your account.
What we send. Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and notices that new forms are available in your patient portal. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency. Frequency depends on your appointment schedule. You will generally receive one confirmation when an appointment is scheduled or changed, and one reminder before each visit, plus occasional notices when new forms are available. Most patients receive between 2 and 15 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier, not by ChiroCare 360.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you sign up again. You may also ask our front desk to remove your number.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or call our office at 305-727-0360, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not required for treatment. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care. If you opt out, we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number. We do not sell it and we do not share it for anyone’s marketing.
